Shipping and Returns

DOVE THIRTY PRE-ORDER INFO: If you have placed an order for a Dove Thirty product (Shirt, Koozies, Hats or Decals) please note: We expect to be shipping those items listed as pre-order the first week of August. We are shipping In-stock Dove Thirty orders as fast as possible. As soon as your order is packed and a shipping label is printed for it, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, or text from us. It may take up to 72 hours for that tracking number to begin working from the time we print it.
Also, please note: If you received an order confirmation email or text message from us, your order has been received. You will receive an additional email or text when the order ships.

All domestic apparel orders include tracking. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your shipping label is printed. Please note that label and tracking may take up to 72 hours before it registers. As a growing small business we do our absolute best to get your order out the door as fast as possible. Notice: As of January 2021 the USPS has consistently been running slow. We are working on using alternate shipping providers to avoid this, however, shipping cost's outside of USPS are much higher at this time. Please be patient with us if your order is delayed.
NOTE: If you place an order and feel you might need to exchange it, please hang on to the box so it can be reused to send the item back to us.
Disclaimer: Outdoor Militia® is not responsible for packages after they are shipped. Also note, that once a package is listed as "Delivered" via USPS tracking, it is your responsibility to collect that package in a timely manner. Packages left in your mailbox or alternate delivery location may be stolen or damaged. Don't let your new Outdoor Militia® swag get stolen, or damaged!

We accept returns for any unworn or unused items that are in new condition. Upon receipt of your return we will gladly offer you a full refund of the purchase price (this excludes shipping charges).
We accept exchanges for any unworn or unused items that are in new condition. You may exchange for another item that is in stock and of equal value or lesser value.
Pre Order Sales
In the event the minimum pre-order sale quantity is not reached, customers will be refunded for the purchase price of the pre-order item or items purchased. If additional products are ordered along with pre-order sale items, those items can not be refunded and will be shipped.
